Cara Membuat Karet Stempel Flash

Proses pembuatan:

Siapkan setingan/ desain stempel yang akan dicetak. Desain tersebut di print dengan print laser jet pada kertas Kalkir/ kertas polyster.

Setelah desain di print dengan laser jet jika kurang hitam bisa disemprot dengan penghitam tinta khusus yang menggunakan spray

maka potong karet flash sebesar/ seukuran desain stempel tadi

Setelah itu, tempelkan desain/ kertas kalkir pada plastik mika tipis atau kertas polyster langsung tanpa mika tipis yang telah disiapkan, dan gabungkan dengan karet flash dengan posisi sebagai berikut: karet:

Karet flash paling bawah,

Kertas mika di tengah, dan

Kertas kalkir desain/ settingan stempel.

Karena jika tidak diberi mika tipis pada saat penyinaran akan merusak kertas kalkir dan menempel pada karet busa flash kecuali memakai kertas polyster karena sudah ada lapisan minyaknya.

Lalu tempel karet tadi ke mesin lalu lakukan penyinaran

Setelah proses penyinaran selesai, bukalah karet flash pelan pelan dan lihat hasilnya.

Terlihat penghitaman pada area yang tidak dibutuhkan, dan terlihat pemutihan (emboss) pada area desain.

Kalo kurang matang coba dilakukan penyinaran sekali lagi.

Selanjutnya, bersihkan sisi-sisi karet flash yang tidak rata sesuai ukuran dengan foam cutter (pemotong karet).

Untuk stempel lebih dari satu warna, lakukan pemisahan warna dengan cara memotong bagian warna yang berlainan.

Ingat, lakukan pemotongan dari dalam, jangan sampai karet terputus.

Untuk pemotongan warna ini, ujung pemotong karet dapat ditusukan ditengah-tengah area yang akan di potong.

Lalu daerah potongan diselipkan mika tipis agar warna tidak tercampur.

Setelah dilakukan pemotongan pada sis-sisi yang tidak rata dan pemisahan warna, maka stempel siap diberi warna.

Teteskan tinta pada permukaan desain stempel.

Lalu bersihkan tinta diluar area cetak menggunakan cotton bud agar pada saat dipakai tidak ada bias warna diluar area.

Papan triplek atau kayu datar untuk Alas
Kaca untuk tutup
Sikat Gigi
Gelas takaran
Gelas / Mangkuk

Cara Kerja :

Buat Stempel menggunakan program
Cetak hasil design dalam kertas polyster menggunakan printer laser jet.
Siapkan papan triplek dan kaca pada tempat yang datar dan tertutup / gelap.
Pasang karet runaflek diatas papan tersebut dengan ketentuan posisi karet sebagai berikut : gabus, karet dan paling atas kertas polyster.
Gabus bisa disimpan dan mika yang atas bisa dilepas dan nanti digantikan oleh kaca
Perhatikan posisi karet jangan sampai terbalik, posisi yang agak kaku ditaruh dibawah dan yang tadi ada dibawah mika ditaruh diatas.
Taruh gambar tadi di atas karet runaflek dengan posisi terbalik, karena gambar nanti akan tercetak terbalik dan bila digunakan akan tercetak benar.
Tutup dengan kaca bening panaskan dengan lampu UV runaflek kurang lebih 15 - 20 menit.
Sambil menjemur karet tadi siapkan Larutannya, larutan bensin dengan larutan thiner 1 : 1 dicampur dalam gelas.
Setelah kurang lebih cukup angkatlah karet tersebut dan lepas kaca dan gambar dari papan.
Ambil Karet tersebut dan gosoklah dengan sikat dengan menggunakan cairan larutan tadi pada bagian atas karet.
Gosok terus sampai muncul gambar pada permukaan karet tersebut.
Setelah selesai keringkan, lalu potong sesuai dengan bentuk stempel.
Pasang karet tersebut dengan gabus yang telah disediakan tadi dengan menggunakan double tip.
Setelah itu pasang gabus yang sudah tertempel dikaret tadi dengan kayu stempel dengan lem castol / karet.
