Cara membuat Stempel menggunakan Karet Runaflek / How to make Runaflek Stamp

Bahan :

1. Gambar dalam kertas polyster
2. Karet Runaflek
3. Thinner A
4. Bensin
5. Kayu Stempel
6. Double tip

Alat :

1. Papan triplek atau kayu datar untuk Alas
2. Kaca untuk tutup
3. Sikat Gigi
4. Gelas takaran
5. Gelas / Mangkuk

Cara Kerja :

1. Buat Stempel menggunakan program 
2. Cetak hasil design dalam kertas polyster menggunakan printer laser jet.
3. Siapkan papan triplek dan kaca pada tempat yang datar dan tertutup / gelap.
4. Pasang karet runaflek diatas papan tersebut dengan ketentuan posisi karet sebagai berikut : gabus, karet dan paling atas kertas polyster.
5. Gabus bisa disimpan dan mika yang atas bisa dilepas dan nanti digantikan oleh kaca
6. Perhatikan posisi karet jangan sampai terbalik, posisi yang agak kaku ditaruh dibawah dan yang tadi ada dibawah mika ditaruh diatas.
7. Taruh gambar tadi di atas karet runaflek dengan posisi terbalik, karena gambar nanti akan tercetak terbalik dan bila digunakan akan tercetak benar.
8. Tutup dengan kaca bening panaskan dengan lampu UV runaflek kurang lebih 15 - 20 menit.
9. Sambil menjemur karet tadi siapkan Larutannya, larutan bensin dengan larutan thiner 1 : 1 dicampur dalam gelas.
10. Setelah kurang lebih cukup angkatlah karet tersebut dan lepas kaca dan gambar dari papan.
11. Ambil Karet tersebut dan gosoklah dengan sikat dengan menggunakan cairan larutan tadi pada bagian atas karet.
12. Gosok terus sampai muncul gambar pada permukaan karet tersebut.
13. Setelah selesai keringkan, lalu potong sesuai dengan bentuk stempel.
14. Pasang karet tersebut dengan gabus yang telah disediakan tadi dengan menggunakan double tip.
15. Setelah itu pasang gabus yang sudah tertempel dikaret tadi dengan kayu stempel dengan lem castol / karet.

How it Works: 

Create Stempel using the program 

Print design results in polyster paper using a laser jet printer. 

Prepare the plywood boards and glass on a flat and closed / dark. 

Runaflek rubber plug on the boards of rubber with the provisions of the following positions: cork, rubber and at least on paper polyster. 

Cork can be saved and the mica that can be removed and later replaced by the glass 

Note the position of the rubber not to reverse, rather rigid positions that had been put under and existing under the mica put on. 

Put a picture earlier in the rubber runaflek upside down, because the image will be printed upside down and when used will be printed correctly. 

Cover with clear glass heat with UV light runaflek approximately 15-20 minutes. 

While drying the prepared solution was earlier rubber, gasoline solution with thinner solution 1: 1 mixed in a glass. 

After more than enough lift off the rubber and glass and picture off the board. 

Take the rubber and rub with a brush using liquid solution was at the top of the rubber. 

Rub continue until the image appears on the surface of the rubber.
